I’ll keep this brief. My timeframe is limited tonight. Continue reading “Day Twenty-One: I, Tonya (MotM 2018)”

The fun thing about this film is that I’ve read the book that inspired it. What makes it even more fun is that this film pales in comparison. Vividly. Continue reading “Day Twenty: The Disaster Artist (MotM 2018)”
Hey, guys. Remember when Gen Urobuchi wrote Fate/Zero? God, what a great anime, huh? The greatest achievement to anime of all time. God bless his deep, psychological mindset. I have no idea if my aniblogging compatriot is at all invested emotionally in this film, because this is one of those films that takes some digging. Continue reading “Day Seventeen: Equilibrium (MotM 2018)”

I do like sci-fi. If my appreciation for Star Wars, Blade Runner, and the Metroid series is any indication, many already knew this. Continue reading “Day Sixteen: Ex Machina (MotM 2018)”
Time flew past me today, so I’ll keep this minimal. Continue reading “Day Fifteen: The Artist (MotM 2018)”

Oh, look. Another example of a “classic.” A “classic” being an entertainment form that is beloved by many for… being memorable, I guess. Note that I am being cynical by regarding it as a “classic” instead of a classic. Ghostbusters was also a “classic,” but at least for that film I gave it a passing grade. No dice for the kids at Ridgemont. Continue reading “Day Fourteen: Fast Times at Ridgemont High (MotM 2018)”
I could write a lot about this film, but that would mean re-treading the same ground as every other adaptation of the Seitokai Yakuindomo manga ever, because it’s so little different that I may as well copy-paste various observations from old posts. Continue reading “Day Thirteen: Seitokai Yakuindomo Movie (MotM 2018)”
The above poster is the coolest thing about this film. Continue reading “Day Twelve: Willow (MotM 2018)”
